Welcome to Anatolus (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website www.anatolus.com and booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Anatolus provides private tours, licensed tour guide services, travel planning, and related tourism services in Türkiye.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and send a written confirmation by email.

3. Payments

  • Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • Bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.
  • Remaining balances may be paid by bank transfer or cash upon arrival if agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour may be partially refundable, depending on hotel, flight, and supplier conditions.
  • No refund is available for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows.

5. Changes by the Client

Any requested changes to itinerary, hotels, dates, or services may result in additional costs and are subject to availability.

6. Changes by Anatolus

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, traffic, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always try to provide an equivalent alternative.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and travel disruptions.

8. Liability

Anatolus acts as an intermediary for hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other service providers. We are not liable for:

  • delays or cancellations caused by third parties,
  • weather conditions,
  • strikes, government actions, or force majeure events,
  • loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Anatolus for the affected service.

9. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the tour and for informing us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or special requirements before the tour begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Anatolus unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
